Welcome Readers, I am so happy you are looking at this blog site because it means you are interested in participating in the read-a-thon or you are interested in what your student is reading & writing! This website will be your alternative to writing a book report for your accountability in the school wide read-a-thon.The book you read must be in your reading level.Your blog (posting or comment) will be edited by me before it is published publicly.A Few Helpful Hints:Before you begin writing your review, get a piece of paper to jot down ideas to help gather your thoughts. When writing your review pretend you are talking to a friend recommending a book.Make sure it explains how you feel and why not just what it is about.Remember your actual review is not a report. It is just a brief summary and your opinion/recommendation of how much you liked/disliked the book WITHOUT giving away the ending.
Title of the book:Author of the book:Your first and last name:Your grade:
Rating, 1=poor 2=fair 3=good 4=very good 5= excellent:Review 100-200 words (150 is perfect!):Who was your favorite character? Why?If you have questions please post them or come see me in the Library,
Thanks,
Ms.Coullahan
